Mask Makers web into meditation

Hello dear visitors - we are sorry that we haven't had the time to maintain this wonderful site as much as we wanted for a long time.
We have been very busy and will be for yet another long time - so the site will enter into a meditation until further notice.
We will only deal with issues when we have the time.
But don't worry - the site will stay online.

Jun 12, 2008

Well-known American mask artist and prop artist Pam Kersten is currently recovering from serious surgery. In February she was diagnosed with a “giant cell tumor” (very large bone tumor) in her right femur, just above the knee. Surgery was in March, 2008, at the University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle. Her mobility has been extremely restricted, and she is slowly and surely recovering, but she still has a long way to go. As of this writing in June, 2008, it is expected that she will be able to resume work in The Mask Shop in late summer or early fall. Full recovery may take a year or more.
Please visit her website, www.mask-artist.com and read “News From The Mask Shop” to find out more... or visit the other pages there to see photos of her work. Pam’s designs are unique and very beautiful. Masks are provided for theater, dance, film, TV, masquerade, and to collectors. Of special note are the
“Theatrical Masks” page and also “Masks for Dance”. While you are there, please visit the new “Your Pet” page to see wonderful and charismatic 3-D caricatures of favorite pets: dogs, birds, and cats.

You may email Pam from her website, or directly at pam@studio-kersten.com. She would love to hear from you!
