I am coming here to see whether or not someone with great expertise in mask making would help me with a commission. I am cosplaying the Millenium Earl from D Gray Man, however I have noticed there are not very many high quality masks of the Millenium Earl's face. I will need this mask to be as close to motion picture quality as possible, sparing no expense.
I will need the mask to be a full headed mask. Actual materials for the mask are optional: Prosthetic, wonderflex, paper mache, I am open to any and all suggestions. I do prefer that the mask use my own eyes rather than holes I would have to see out of. If you are even willing to supply the circular glasses he wears, it is not necessary, but I will appreciate it, but advise if it would be part of the mask or simply attachable in some way.
Here are photos to use as a reference:

The texture of the external mask should be smooth with a matte finish, not too shiny or glossy. I would prefer the corners of his lips to be more squared off and straight lined as shown in the fourth cartoon picture as opposed to the more rounded textures used on the CG pics. I would not want individual teeth textured, only the horizontal and fang lines for the mouth. Facial color references will be provided later in the creation process, but the Millenium Earl has a medium gray skin tone.
I am willing to travel anywhere in the USA if a sculpter has casting capabilities and needs to mold my face. I can provide my head's measurements upon request. Please let me know your ideas for materials, length of time needed to complete the project, what materials (if any) needed from me, and price quote.
