" "Swaps" are a wonderful way to build a collection. Artists create a number of pieces which are mailed to the organizer--known as the "Swapmeister". Each artist's pieces are distributed among the participants, so that while you send in the required number of items of your own making, you get back one from each participant--and they in turn get one of yours. So, with a group of ten artists, each will end up with one of their own items, and nine other pieces........."
